Agents are able to change their login password at any time. When changing your password the main points to note are:
The new password must be different to the existing password.
Passwords are case sensitive.
Password must be greater than 3 characters but should not exceed 8 characters.
The password must not contain the word 'Password' or the 'Plant ID'.
The password must only contain Alpha or Numeric characters.
The password must contain a minimum of 1 Numeric character.
If you fail to enter the correct password 5 times the system will lock you out - please contact Agent Support on 0808 1008384 if this happens or if you have forgotten your password.
Change Password Screen
The Change Password screen requires:
Login ID – The current Login ID, for example GA9999 will be displayed on the Change Password Screen.
Old Password – enter your current password.
New Password – enter your new password ensuring that it meets the requirements set out above.
Confirm New Password – re-enter your new password, exactly as entered above.
Submit Button
Click the Submit Button to change the password. If successful a message will display confirming the change is complete. If the change was not completed, for example the new password and confirmed password do not match, an error message will display and you will need to resubmit the password.
