Stock Balance

The Stock Balance option allows an Agent to generate a report that will show the number of cyBOCrs / materials that BOC currently has consigned against the Agent. This report can be used by an Agent to assist in stock control. The report can be run using a single material code, multiple selected material codes or all material codes.

Put your mouse pointer over the “Stock” section. A drop down menu will appear below displaying multiple topics, click on the “Stock Balance” button.

Enter the material number you are looking for and click on the “Go” button.

If you are unsure about the material number you can click on the “Search” button, this will provide you with a detailed list of material numbers that are assigned to you. You can then select a specific material or multiple materials from the list and get the stock balance information.

If the incorrect materials were selected, click on the “Clear” button to clear all the previously selected items. Select the correct items and click on the “Submit” button.

You will then receive a PDF document displaying your total stock for the material(s) entered.


*** Important Process for Balancing Consigned Agent Stock ***

In order to track and confirm your consigned cyBOCr balance, please adhere to the following instructions. When the BOC driver shows up at your location to replenish your stock, print out your stock balance and confirm your totals with the BOC driver’s recap sheet. Take your cyBOCr total and add the amount of cyBOCrs that is being consigned to you. The total you get should be the exact amount as the driver’s final balance on the recap sheet. Once the balances have been verified and confirmed as correct by yourself and the BOC driver, you must both sign the recap sheet.

If your total balance does not match the BOC driver’s final balance, do not sign the recap. You are liable for any missing cyBOCrs, so if your totals are not the same as the driver’s than do not sign the recap. At this point you should call the PartnerNET Support Team at 1-800-769-7907 while the BOC driver is still at your location.
