Change Password

This section will allow you to change your PartnerNET password.

Put your mouse pointer over the “Home.ca” section. A drop down menu will appear below displaying multiple topics. Click on the “Change Password” button.

Agents are able to change their password at any time. When changing your password, the main points to be noted are:

  • The new password must be different than the existing password
  • The new password must be between 4 and 8 characters in length
  • Combinations of numbers and letters are acceptable
  • Passwords ARE case sensitive

To change your password you must enter the following information:

  • Login ID – The current Login ID, for example PA1234 will already be displayed on the Change Password Screen.
  • Old Password – enter your current password
  • New Password – enter your new password ensuring that it meets the requirements listed above.
  • Confirm New Password – re-enter your new password

Click on the “Submit” button to execute the password change. If successful, you will receive a message confirming that the change is complete. If the change was not completed, for example the new password and confirmed password do not match, an error message will display and you will need to re-submit the password change.

Problems changing your PartnerNET password:

If you encounter problems trying to change your password please email your Support Team through the “Contact Us” section of the PartnerNET website or call 1-800-769-7907. An Agent Care Support Representative will assist you in changing your password.
