An Agent is able to view the cylinders that are currently held against the specified customers BOC Account. This allows the Agent to have access to the information to assist in managing their customers account.

The initial screen requires the Customers BOC account number in the Customer Number field. There is no search option, as it is necessary for the customer to have the account number.

Click on the Go button next to the Customer Number field to display the list of current holdings.

The Customers Container Holdings will be displayed in a PDF format that if required, can be printed out. When PDF file is no longer required simply close the screen using the X on the top right hand of the screen.
