Sales Transaction List

The Sales Transaction List function allows BOC Agents to display a list of sales orders that were created for a specific BOC customer.

Put your mouse pointer over the “Sales” section. A drop down menu will appear below displaying multiple topics. Click on the “Sales Transaction List” button.

The Sales Transaction List screen will appear. Here you will have a limited number of options for your search. You must enter the customer number and select the range of dates within which you would like to perform the search. Click on the “Go” button to execute your search.

You will receive your results in a PDF format file. The report displays all the orders created within the time frame you selected. The report shows you each individual line item for a specific order in a green colour. The yellow line is the actual total of that specific order.

This file can either be saved or printed.
